At L’Hôpital Francais de Hanoi, we are totally concerned about the well-being of our patients, including what they eat and drink. We aim to provide all year around a balanced range of appetizing and nutritious food and drinks, and to propose a choice that reflects their preferences and their needs.

Our in-house Food and Beverage Department (F&B) supports a number of different service areas and outlets:

  • In-patient meals, snacks, room service;
  • Special dietary meals for patients;
  • Day-care and other out-patient Departments;
  • Caféteria “H Café” for patients and visitors;
  • The team is led by Ms. Nguyen Minh Hoa with the support of the Chef - Mr. Nguyen Van Thang.

F&B Patient Services

Our Chef and his team prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner for your enjoyment, delivered to the patient rooms or treatment areas along with drinks and snack rounds for in-patients in the afternoon.

The varied menu on offer, put together in consultation with nutritionists and doctors, includes both Asian and Western options of salads and sandwiches to allow for all tastes and preferences.

Special and Therapeutic Diets

The F&B team works closely with the medical team to ensure that all the food prepared for patients conforms to any special diet prescribed by the doctors (low salt, low fat, diabetic).

The team will also be available to give you advice on these diets to make sure that you understand the requirements.
